The ARMX6
Richard Brown of Orpheus Internet and John Ballance of Castle Technology
Monday 16th February 2015, 7:45pm

After demonstrating their, at the time untitled, new computer at last year's London Show, R-Comp will be officially launching the the ARMX6 at this month's South West Show.

For those that can't wait that long, ROUGOL are very pleased to be able to offer a sneak preview at our February meeting!

Richard Brown of Orpheus Internet will be bringing along his machine to show it in action running a selection of software. Richard has been involved with the project since its early days and, subject to NDAs, will be able to tell us about the history of the machine's development.

Don't miss your chance to see this exciting new development, which is (AFAIK) the first machine designed specifically to run RISC OS since the Iyonix over 12 years ago.

John Ballance of Castle Technology was an unexpected bonus guest who was able to give more technical details of the machine and some info on sites where it had been installed.
